When I planned my scuba diving trip to Con Dao, I was picturing beautiful reefs. And don't get me wrong, they were amazing. But then I discovered something on Amadive Con Dao's itinerary: **Diving a Sunken Wreck**. My heart leaped. This was more than a typical dive; this was journey into the past.

I'll admit, I felt nervous. Diving a wreck is serious business. But the crew at **Amadive** was incredible. Their Divemasters gave us an excellent briefing. We covered safety protocols, the history of the sunken ship, and what to expect down there. The fact we were in a small group instantly made me feel confident.

Going down was magical. First, it was just a shadow in the distance, then suddenly it appeared. It is massive. The ship is now a thriving artificial reef, draped in soft corals and swarming with fish. I spotted giant groupers hiding from inside the hull, and lionfish hiding in the cracks. The feeling of swimming next to this giant, Vietnam snorkeling silent structure is hard to describe—haunting, awe-inspiring, and humbling all at once. It truly is a piece of history under the water.

If you're a certified diver coming to Con Dao and looking for an adventure beyond the usual reef dive, I cannot recommend this **dive** enough. It was the absolute highlight of my Vietnam trip. A massive shout-out to the **Amadive** crew for their expertise and for making this unforgettable experience so safe.
